DC Area Singles Conference
December 31, 2008- January 3, 2009.
Keynote speaker will be Elder Earl C.Tingey, former General Authority and new President of the Washington DC Temple.

Please note that early registration is due by November 30 $75 for the early birds, $95 for latecomers and there are a la carte options available on a limited basis. Please check out the conference website for more details.

*Join our "Can"paign & bring a can of food to donate at all mid-singles
functions in November:
Tues Nov 4—Institute
Sun Nov 9—Potluck
Mon Nov 10—FHE
Tues Nov 11—Institute
Sat Nov 15—Mt. Vernon Mid-singles Institute Thanksgiving dinner
Tues Nov 18—Institute
All donations will be made to the Scouting for Food Drive.

We have some fun stuff going on this month so spread the word and save the
date! Crystal City Mid-singles (31-45) activities are not exclusive.
Activities are open to all mid-singles in the stake and outlining areas.

Mandy Wollenzien. Please use the ward website directory to get their address. Bring something good to share that reminds you of home!

Fitness Extravaganza

Attend either 6:45pm—Fun Yoga class or 7:00pm—Energy Contact class then
8:15pm—Everyone regroup upstairs for orientation (nutrition, stretching)
then rotation through different fitness stations (more info to come)
Check in at front desk; Ask for Crystal City Ward group
